Rockstar, a 5-year-old neutered male American Staffordshire terrier, is looking for his new best friend. Rockstar was a social, friendly fellow in his previous home. He came to the shelter through no fault of his own, as his family didn’t have the financial resources to care for him and made the difficult decision to surrender him to San Diego Humane Society. His previous family also reports that he gets along great with everyone, including people and dogs, but he is afraid of cats. At the shelter he has been nothing but happy, wiggly and friendly. He loves to go for walks and does well on a leash. Stop in to say hello and see if Rockstar can be a lovable addition to your family!
Rockstar’s adoption fee is $95. His adoption includes his neuter, microchip and vaccinations. The San Diego Humane Society, Escondido Campus, located at 3450 E. Valley Parkway, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week.
