- Petey is a member of our Long-Term Residence Club! He has been at the shelter since June 18th, 2019. He is best suited in a home with teenaged children and no other pets. Once Petey is comfortable with you he enjoys petting and chasing toys. He loves treats which will help him with his training in the new home. A sturdy owner is recommended since he is a VERY strong puller on the leash. Petey has made great improvement with leash walking due to his regular interaction with the staff. He is very much loved by many staff members at Chula Vista Animal Care Facility.
- Adoption fee is only $25.00 since he is a long-term resident! This adoption fee includes his microchip, neutering, current vaccines, deworming, current with the rabies vaccine and if you are a Chula Vista resident a license will be included. A one on one behavior consult with the trainer is also available with his adoption.
