Otis has a very sweet and loving personality. He has lameness on his right hind and therefore is mostly a companion horse. He has been in rehab and not ridden since he arrived, had chiropractic with no improvements. Kids could walk him, or a lightweight adult only. Puppy dog personality. Adoption fee $500
