Nancy has a strong commitment to improving the lives of marginalized communities. Through the pandemic, she launched new programs, such as becoming an emergency food distribution center, provided supplies for hundreds of child care providers and a non-profit task force focused on equity in recovery from the crisis. Nancy’s hard work to help others has inspired her coworker, Roberto, to nominate her as his Hometown Hero.
