Olivia has been working at Las Villas De Carlsbad for the past 20 years, beginning as help in the dining room, to a caregiver, and now a med tech. Olivia loves her work as a med tech because she enjoys caring for the residents and bringing smiles to their faces. Olivia’s dedication to helping others through the years has inspired many people around her, and that is why her coworker Jillian nominated Olivia as her Hometown Hero.
