Victor is a tow truck driver who spends majority of his time on the freeway helping San Diegans with changing tires, clearing traffic, and providing gas. Although Victor spends 12 hours daily as a tow truck driver, he is also a husband, father, and works as the local paletero. Victor owns Rodriguez Paletas and sells ice cream and puts smiles on the faces of all the people that he comes across. Along with all the work he puts into his ice cream shop and his tow truck job, Victor makes time to fundraise for homeless children and this makes Victor an incredible Hometown Hero.
