I’d like to highlight Mr. Glitter, a dog who has been looking for his person or persons for a very long time. He first came into our care in April on 2020 when his first owner was hospitalized. He was adopted, but had to be returned because his owner passed away. We have since had him in our care since March of 2022. We’d love to find him a home as soon as possible! Mr. Glitter is such a deserving pup.

Mr. Glitter came to us as a bashful boy, but in our care he has made friends with staff and volunteers. Once Mr. Glitter feels comfortable with you, he will lean his whole body into you while he wiggles. He loves getting pets and will even follow you around as you do your chores just to stay connected. He likes to bring his favorite toys along as well! Mr. Glitter would love to find a home with a human who will take him on fun adventures (bring a harness, cause he can pull), and snuggle him close every night. Since Mr. Glitter can be a bit head shy with new people, he will do best in an adult only home where all members are able to read and appropriately respond to his body language. This boy just needs quiet home with a person who will give him the time and space he needs to come out of his shell!
